The sections below govern purchases of the memoir and companion workbook.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Delivery time begins after the shipping carrier accepts the package and varies based on destination and shipping service. Physical books ship from Durham, NC, typically via USPS Media Mail unless another service is selected.

Return & Replacement Policy

If there is a problem with your order, contact info@designerhomesre.com with your order number. We will review order issues, damaged items, and replacement requests case by case.

Damaged or Lost Package Policy

If your shipment arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email your order number and photos or tracking details to info@designerhomesre.com so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Digital Download Policy

Eligible orders (hardcover and combo package) receive a complimentary e-book and a fillable workbook PDF, delivered by secure, time-limited download links after payment is confirmed. Digital items are tied to your order for personal use. If an eligible download link expires, contact support with your order number.

Privacy & Terms

Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy and Terms. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never store full card details.
